Case: Nonprofit 5 Year Strategic Growth Plan Facilitation

The Needs:

A membership-based nonprofit wanted to develop a growth-oriented 5 year strategic plan. They needed a plan that took into account programmatic, operational, and fiscal changes needed to support growth.

The solution:

  • Used interview and survey data from membership audience to gather input

  • FACILITATED CONVERSATION WITH board and volunteer committees to develop operating areas and goals

  • Developed operational and financial goals and vision that targeted broad and complex needs of membership

  • PROVIDED content creation and design for final plan
